Article 1 - Price

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs (see Deadlines and costs).

1.2 - In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Fnac Direct. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

1.3 - DES NOEUDS D'AMOUR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of your order validation.

1.4 - DES NOEUDS D'AMOUR is not intended to sell to professionals, the products and services sold are reserved for individuals.

Article 3 – Validation of your order

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

A summary of the information of your order and the General Conditions of Sale will be sent to you in PDF format via the e-mail confirming your order.

Article 4 - Availability

DES NOEUDS D'AMOUR is a retailer and is not intended to sell the products offered in large quantities. Consequently, DES NOEUDS D'AMOUR reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities, starting from 3 identical items.

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks, excluding promotional operations mentioned as such on the sites. In the event of a product unavailability after placing your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 - General

The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process, except for delivery restrictions indicated in the "Delivery conditions" section, within the time limit indicated on the order validation page by the customer. .

The delivery time corresponds

• to the shipping time indicated on the Item sheet to which is added

• the design time of the article (2 to 6 weeks)

• processing and delivery time.

In the event of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment to be made with the customer, the latter will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery appointment with you. DES NEOUDS D AMOUR cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointments have been proposed by the carrier.

When you order several products at the same time and these have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the most distant delivery time. DES NEOUDS D AMOUR however reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.

In case of late shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you. In case of late delivery, we will offer you a new delivery time by email.

In any event, in accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the option of terminating the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code. In this case, if you have received the product, after your cancellation, we will refund the product and the “one-way” costs under the conditions of Article L 216-3 of the Consumer Code.

We remind you that when you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.

5.2 - Reservations

You must notify the carrier and DES NOEUDS D'AMOUR of any reservations about the product delivered (for example: damaged package, already opened, etc.).

Article 6 - Payment

We remind you that confirming your order implies your obligation to pay the price indicated. The payment of your purchases can be made according to the means of payment accepted by DES NEOUDS D AMOUR indicated opposite: paypal and credit card via Stripe.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

8.1 – Legal deadline for the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. After communication of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this period of 14 days, you have another period of 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.

8.2 - Contractual withdrawal period

On DES NEOUDS D AMOUR (products sold and shipped by desnoeudsdamour.com), we offer you the possibility of exercising your right of withdrawal within 15 days of receipt of the products. Then you have another 15 days from the communication of your decision to withdraw to send us back the product(s) concerned.

In the event of an order containing several products, placed on desnoeudsdamour.com, the 15-day period to communicate your decision to withdraw runs from receipt of the last product.

The procedures for exercising your right of withdrawal are specified in 8.3.

8.3 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period referred to in 8.2, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining at your expense.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold in new condition, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for a optimized management. In the event of depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, your liability may be incurred.

Once the form or the declaration of withdrawal has been sent to DES NOEUDS D AMOUR at the latest within 15 days of receipt of your order, you must return the product(s) concerned to DES NEOUDS D AMOUR within a reasonable time and, at the most later, within 15 days from the sending of the form or the declaration of withdrawal to DES NOEUDS D AMOUR

If you decide to return the product to DES NOEUDS D'AMOUR in accordance with legal provisions, you will find via the link below, for products that cannot be returned to us by post due to their nature and/or size ( including televisions), an estimate of the costs of returns to a carrier, at your expense.

Personalized items with a choice of colors and/or the addition of embroidery are not affected by the right of withdrawal.

8.6 - Refund

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, DES NOEUDS D AMOUR will reimburse the sums paid (including delivery costs) no later than 14 days from the date on which DES NOEUDS D AMOUR is informed of your decision to withdraw and according to the same means of payment as that used for the order (except your express agreement for a refund using another means of payment). This reimbursement date may be deferred until the product is recovered or until you have provided proof of the shipment of the product, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. DES NOEUDS D'AMOUR is not required to reimburse you for the additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered on desnoeudsdamour.com.

No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.

The advantages obtained during the purchase of a product, in particular thanks to a loyalty card, will be canceled in the event of the return of the product accompanied by a refund of the said product.
